July 8, 2009 / Seattle, WA – The Dope Emporium, Seattle’s only Hip Hop Festival operated by the Seattle Hip Hop Community, in conjunction with Spoons Urban Apparel and Town Entertainment, will host a free rooftop concert series that showcases of the areas most talented and committed artists.  Concerts take place at Spoons Urban Apparel (rooftop), which is located at:
